GALATINA COCKTAIL WEEKEND

Fish & Gin was founded in 2018 as a fusion of gin, mixology, food pairing, and local culture. Over the past eight years, the project has evolved alongside the beverage industry, transforming from a themed festival into a truly contemporary urban experience.

Today, Fish & Gin brings together cocktail culture, gastronomy, music, nightlife, brand experiences, and exploration of the local area, uniting the public, producers, cocktail bars, restaurants, and other city businesses into a single ecosystem.

Starting in 2026, the Festival will take place in the heart of Galatina’s historic center: for three days, squares, cocktail bars, restaurants, historic buildings, courtyards, rooftops, shops, and music venues will all become part of the same experience.

A popular, pedestrian-friendly, and immersive event format designed to entertain the public from the afternoon until late at night with tastings, masterclasses, culinary experiences, cocktails, music, and entertainment.

After eight years of the Festival and five consecutive editions as one of the Major Events supported by the Puglia Region / Pugliapromozione, Fish & Gin continues to grow while maintaining its identity and transforming each edition into a new way to experience Galatina.

SELLING MODEL - INDEPENDENT BEVERAGE BRANDS

A program dedicated to small producers, independent distilleries, and emerging brands that want to introduce their products directly to the Fish & Gin audience. For 2027, 18 producers will be selected; there is no participation fee, a booth is included, and 50% of sales will be paid to the producer. A model designed to encourage product sampling, consumption, and genuine engagement with the market.

BEVERAGE BRANDS, IMPORTERS, AND DISTRIBUTORS

A program designed for major beverage brands, corporations, importers, and distributors looking to establish a structured presence at the Festival. Brand Hubs, masterclasses, tastings, food pairings, portfolio activations, category partnerships, product integrations, hospitality, and special projects can be combined based on objectives, portfolio, and budget.
