BStradi - From Emilia with hardcore is the "verzolino" food truck with roots in the medieval village of Castell'Arquato (Piacenza) and brings Emilianity around Italy with its Piaggio Porter from 2022.
BStradi girls combine the emilian recipes handed down from grandmother with local ingredients to create tasty dishes that revolve around the succession of seasons. Craftsmanship, the originality of the proposals and care in the selection and use of raw materials make BStradi the ideal solution for any type of event, whether it be corporate or private catering Of all kinds.
The specialty? I Batalàbar®, tortelli with a tail, the typical Piacenza shape, which are offered with a variety of fillings and toppings (ricotta and spinach; Cacio del Po and sweet and sour peppers; eggplant and scamorza; pumpkin; basil and ricotta).
Focaccione and tigelle round out BStradi's offerings, which are intended to be mostly vegetarian, but there will never be a shortage of typical Piacenza cured meats.
