We are Marco and Alessandro, and since 2001 we have been running a family business founded in 1987, specializing in selling products on food trucks. Our passion for travel and desire to work with new people led us to create "Il Carrettino" in 2014, with the goal of offering the best possible hamburger, prepared and served on four wheels.
We collaborate with Pantano Carni, Italy's leading total supply chain breeder and producer of Angus meat, thus ensuring a unique, high-quality product. We use only pasture-raised and locally fed Angus meat, and our preparation includes an exclusive grind with the perfect percentage of fat to make the burger juicy but not heavy.
We participate in many local and national events, such as the Notte della Taranta in Melpignano, TomorrowLand in Monza, and the Imola GP. We also offer catering services for prestigious events such as Dior and Emergency. Our food trucks are certified for sanitation and we use only recycled and recyclable packaging to respect the environment.
